We all have been engaged in a very hectic and busy life that ultimately leads us to obesity, diabetes and many other daily life problems that are now a part of our common life. In order to stay fit we can leave fast food and everything else but not sugar (i am sure you will agree).  But Do You Know? eating too much sugar causes a barrage of symptoms , for  sugarThese include weight gain, abdominal obesity, elevated blood sugar, high blood pressure and it also increases your uric acid levels.
