Usain Bolt Wants to Help Jamaica and This Is How He Do It.
We All Know Bolt has put his Jamaica on the world athletics map after bringing tonnes of laurels to the Caribbean nation through his sprinting abilities.

He As a public icon, wants to give something back to his homeland that has stood by him at all times. In a novel gesture to contribute to his society, Bolt does all his commercial and endorsement photo shoots in Jamaica, just so that his countrymen can earn more income. That Sound Interesting in a sense that the athlete is not just the fastest man on the planet but even a Patriotic Jamaica .
Bolt recalls that the big brands used to have his shoots either in US and other parts of the world. “When we started out people always wanted to do the shoots in Miami, Los Angeles and all over the world,” Bolt once told Jamaica’s TV personality programme, Profile.
“They used to say, ‘Oh, thanks for bringing the shoots here,’” he recalled. “We decided that you know what, we will be doing a lot more shoots. So any contract we sign, the shoot has to be in Jamaica. So we can give people jobs and help people. Over the weekends, we’ll have like over one hundred, two hundred people (working) depending on how big the shoot is,” Bolt To Press.
Bolt realises that having a big ad shoot in Jamaica generates a lot of income in the land and thus he insisted that as long as its possible, the shoots must be done in Jamaica.
“It (must be) in the contract that they’ll do the shoots here unless they don’t have the equipment. But as long as they have the equipment, it has to be (done) here, so I can help the economy. I’ve helped a lot of people, and they always thank me. They would say, ‘Big up Usain, you really helped us, bringing the jobs here,'” he said.
