Bradley Beal hits season high as Phoenix Suns beat Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Phoenix Suns 127–109 at Arena on Friday, January 12, 2024. Bradley Beal scored 37 points, which was the most for the Suns this season.

Devin Booker and Kevin Durant each scored 31 points. The Suns beat their Pacific Division rivals, the Lakers, for the first time this season. They had lost their previous three games against them.

James only got 10 points, but he had nine assists and five rebounds, which were the most in the game. Russell scored 19 points, grabbed one board, and passed the ball six times to lead the Lakers.

The Suns beat the L.A. Clippers, who beat them badly on Monday. To date, the Suns have won 20 games and lost 18, while the Lakers have won 19 games and lost 20.

In the first six minutes, the Suns took a 24–14 lead, which was a good start for them. Being able to shoot so well from beyond the line helped the Suns win. 

In the third quarter, he scored twenty of his 37 points, including three of his game-high six three-pointers, 

 and he lit up Los Angeles with eight of eleven FG shots in the third quarter, for a total of twelve field goals.
