David Gail, 'Beverly Hills, 90210' Actor, Passes Away at 58

David Gail, an actor who appeared on "Beverly Hills, 90210" and "Port Charles," has died at the age of 58. His sister, Katie Colmenares, announced his death on Instagram on Saturday.

Gail portrayed Stuart Carson, the fiancé of Shannen Doherty's Brenda Walsh in "Beverly Hills, 90210," and Dr. Joe Scanlon in almost 200 episodes of the "General Hospital" spinoff "Port Charles".

He has appeared in other '90s sitcoms, including "Growing Pains," "Doogie Howser, M.D.," and "Murder, She Wrote.".

Katie Colmenares, Gail's sister, described her brother as both her "wingman" and "best friend". On her Instagram account, she wrote: "There's barely been even a day in my life when you were not with me by my side, always my wingman,

always my best friend, ready to face anything, and anyone with me, the bears will never be the same, but I will hold you so tight every day in my heart, you gorgeous, loving, amazing, fierce human being missing you every second of every day forever, there will never be another" .

The cause of Gail's death has not yet been revealed. Both fans and colleagues will mourn the loss of a gifted actor in the entertainment business.
