What is the date of the 2024 Oscars ceremony?

The 96th Oscar ceremony is planned for Sunday, March 10, 2024. The programme will be televised live on ABC and in over 200 countries globally from the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and ABC have announced that the programme will air live coast-to-coast at a new earlier hour (7:00–10:30 p.m. EDT/4:00–7:30 p.m. PDT).

Jimmy Kimmel will host this year's ceremony, which will be his fourth time doing so. The Academy will soon unveil the nominees for the Oscars in Los Angeles.
