With everything happening around the Indo-Pak borders, this open letter is all we need to read right now

With everything happening around the Indo-Pak borders and people of both the nations continuing to share their personal opinions; I also wish to share some of the thoughts running through my mind:
Read More Details of what happened? It all started with this:
Pulwama Avenged as 12 Mirage Jets Dropped 1,000 kg Bombs On Terror Camps Across LoC.
1. WAR is against TERRORISM and NOT PAKISTAN.
WAR is against TERRORISM and NOT PAKISTAN
WAR is against TERRORISM and NOT PAKISTAN
2. Imagine a situation, someone you know kidnaps your son/daughter. You think they are just playing around. Then you realize they are not. You request them to let your child go. They don’t listen. You beg them; they don’t listen. Then they put a gun on your child’s head and are about to shoot. What would you do? Would you keep requesting or if given a chance, kill them to save your child?
3. Those who want war are the ones sitting farthest is what many people are posting. Also, those saying no to war are the ones who don’t understand the situation, see it from their personal lenses only and have not been through the loss on personal level ever.
ones sitting farthest is what many people are posting
ones sitting farthest is what many people are posting

But there is no end to this argument. So, is not it better that we stop telling the government and the forces what to do and support them in whatever they decide because I can say it confidently that they know and understand the situation better than all of us.

4. For those who see it from BJP/Non-BJP lens; if you love Modi then you should trust him enough to take the right call. And if you hate him, I hope you have enough faith in our armed forces and Modi single-handedly can’t take any decisions; so, you too need to trust the call that armed forces make.

5. In my opinion, not every decision even in a democratic country can be made asking everyone what they want. If it was possible to do what everybody says then seeing the change in people’s opinion every few hours (war/no-war/dialogue/third-country interventions), maybe our army would have reached the borders and before they could take any actions, the crowd would have changed their mind and before they could return the other side might have acted. Therefore, we need to stop acting as if we know everything and need to have faith in our country.

6. I saw different political parties showing faith and extending their support to the government and I felt very happy that we stand together as a nation when we are fighting against terrorism, but it saddens me to see people divided and therefore, it would be better if we as responsible citizens start thinking critically rather than following the media waves or any propaganda blindly.

7. Imagine some jets take off for a mission from a base that you happen to live nearby, and to look cool you click some pic/video and post it on your wall. Imagine what this info can do, imagine the whole mission can take a toss. So, please, stop sharing sensitive information.

8. All I am requesting is to have faith and stand together as a nation. And not share propagandas.
