Love Cheese? Mumbai’s Cafe Corra Is Your Place To Visit This Weekend

If you often find yourself ordering extra cheese slices, cheesy fries, cheese bursts, and so on, then we have found a perfect cafe for you in Mumbai. Situated in Andheri West, Cafe Corra has a really cheese-filled menu that will tempt you to try all their dishes, whenever you get a chance. If you are looking to go out this Holi, then here we come with a recommendation for your long weekend.

We visited this cute Bali-themed cafe and fell in love with the aesthetics of the place in one look. They have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. As we were peeping through the menu, Chef Radhe, the head chef and the cafe’s manager, told us that they have a European menu with a Thai touch, perfect for those who can’t do it without their cheese.

To Start With

For starters, we ordered stuffed mushrooms with Barbeque sauce and they came topped up with cheese—a perfect combination of tangy and cheesy flavours. Our second starter was chef special wontons again filled with cheese and seasonings rolled in spring roll sheets. With each byte, there is a blast of cheese in your mouth. It was too much cheese to ask for, so I decided to go for something spicy on the main course.

Main Course

For the main course, we asked for some recommendations and ended up ordering Thai curry with cottage cheese, vegetables and rice. It was spicy and cheesy at the same time. Exactly what we wanted to have in our main course. Well, if you swear by chicken, Chef Radhe recommended trying their grilled chicken as it is their most ordered dish.

Desserts

It was our turn to try out their dessert. Chef Radhe recommended us to try their popular Tiramisu cheesecake and I swear it was one of the best I have had in years. So, the last I had such great Tiramisu was a couple of years ago in a European restaurant in Goa and I thought it was the best until I tried Cafe Corra’s Tiramisu. The taste still makes my mouth water a bit. Well, their Baked Cheese Cake cannot be missed as well. It had the perfect combination of creaminess, crunchy crust, and freshness.
